The number is not set yet, and we would rather say so than guess. It will be published before any church is charged.

- 03No contract, no setup feeMonth to month whenever billing opens. Cancel anytime; access runs to the end of the paid period.
- 04Provider fees stay separatePayment processing and giving provider fees are published before you connect giving, and we do not mark them up.

Who can see our data, and where is it stored?
Each church is its own workspace, and access follows roles. An audit log records who did what, without storing care notes or gift amounts. The hosting region and backup policy are not published yet; they will be, with a reviewed security overview, before any formal commitments. Questions go to privacy@churchgrid.app. Read the security page.
How much does Church Grid cost?
The price has not been set yet. What is decided: flat pricing with unlimited people and admin users, a 30-day free trial without a credit card, and no contract or setup fee. The number will be published before any church is charged.
Can members give online?
Yes. One-time online giving works today through Stripe Connect and Checkout. Recurring giving is built and still being tested end to end before a wider rollout. Offline gift records, funds, receipt status and reconciliation exports sit alongside them. About giving.
Does it issue tax receipts?
Yes. You can check receipt status, resend, and void or reissue receipts, and members can download receipts and a current-year statement from the portal. Numbered receipts exist in the software. They are not a tax-professional or CRA certification, so confirm requirements with your advisor.
Can we move over from Planning Center, Breeze or a spreadsheet?
People and households can be imported from a CSV, and giving records have their own import. Planning Center and Breeze data is moved by hand with our team during early access; there is no automated import yet. A church data export is built into the product.

No. Church Grid is one flat price per church with unlimited people and users; volunteers never count as seats.
